Below is our breakdown of our hourly service rates based on the time of day and day of the week. We offer tailored support options for Retail Clients as well as VIP IT Service Plan members. Rates may vary during extended hours, weekends, and holidays to reflect after-hours support availability.
For Gold and Platinum VIP plans, service rates and terms are as per your individual agreement.
